Ghanaian and African Football legend, Ibrahim Sunday is highly optimistic the Black Stars will qualify from their group at the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.
Black Stars have been drawn in Group H alongside Portugal, South Korea and Uruguay.
Ghana will take on Portugal in their first game on November 24 before playing South Korea and Uruguay on November 28 and December 2 respectively.
"They [Black Stars] are going to make it “Insha Allah”. But they cannot make it without our support. So we need everyone’s support," Sunday said as quoted by Citi Sports.
Black Stars will play Switzerland in an International friendly on November 17, before travelling to Qatar for the World Cup.
The West African country will be making their fourth appearance at the World Cup after missing the previous competition held in Russia four years ago.
The 2022 FIFA World Cup takes place between November 21 and December 18, 2022.
Only three sides from the continent have ever progressed to the quarter-finals; Cameroon in 1990, Senegal in 2002, and Ghana in 2010.
