Former Ghana international, Joe Carr says he is certain Otto Addo has learned from his mistakes after the international friendly games against Brazil and Nicaragua.

The Black Stars suffered a 3-0 defeat against the five-time world champions at the Le Harve in France.

With Ghana paired with Portugal, South Korea, and Uruguay in Group H, the former Asante Kotoko goalkeeper believes Addo, who is the head coach of the side has learned from his mistakes.

According to him, the Borussia Dortmund assistant coach must be able to put together a creative and competitive side that will be able to face any side.

“I am certain that the coach [Otto Addo] has corrected all the mistakes he identified in the two friendly matches and is, therefore, poised to come out with a more creative, combative, and competitive team against our opponents at the group stage," Car, who the 1983 African Champions League with Kotoko told Graphic Sports.

Ghana will open their campaign against Portugal on November 24 at Stadium 974 in Doha.

Four days later, the Black Stars return to action with a clash with South Korea at the Education City Stadium in Al Rayyan.

Ghana will wrap up their group stage adventure with their much-anticipated encounter with Uruguay at Al Janoub Stadium in Al Wakrah.

The Black Stars having missed out in the last edition hosted in Russia in 2018 will be hoping to improve their performance in Qatar after exiting at the group phase during the 2014 World Cup in Brazil.
