Black Stars full-back, Gideon Mensah has reacted to Ghana’s qualification for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) tournament.
The AJ Auxerre defender was a second-half substitute for Ghana on Thursday during the clash against the Central African Republic.
He helped the Black Stars to complete a 2-1 comeback win that sealed the 2023 AFCON qualification for the West African giants.
Today, Gideon Mensah has shared his delight and expressed appreciation to the Ghanaian fans in Kumasi for supporting the Black Stars and cheering the players to victory.

Gideon Mensah and the Black Stars are expected to return to Accra this weekend. The national team will then prepare for a friendly match against Liberia.
