DR Congo referee Ngambo Ndala appointed centre referee for Ghana v Angola clash at Baba Yara

The first clash between Ghana and Angola in the upcoming doubleheader encounter for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers will be handled by centre-referee Jean-Jacques Ngambo Ndala.

The referee from DR Congo has been appointed by CAF and will work with compatriots Olivier Kabene Safari – DR Congo (Assistant I), Nabina Blaise Sebutu – DR Congo (Assistant II), Malala Kabanga Yannick – DR Congo (Fourth Official).

“Jean-Jacques Ngambo Ndala from DR Congo has been appointed as referee for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier between Ghana and Angola.

“The 35-year old will be assisted by Olivier Kabene Safari – DR Congo (Assistant I), Nabina Blaise Sebutu – DR Congo (Assistant II), Malala Kabanga Yannick – DR Congo (Fourth Official).

“Sanusi Mohammed from Nigeria is the Match Commissioner as Latré-Kayi Edzona LawsonHogban from Togo plays the role of Referee Assessor,” a Ghana FA statement said on Sunday, February 26.

The crucial Group E encounter between Ghana and Angola will be played at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium on March 24. Kick-off is at 16:00gmt.
