Hearts of Oak head coach, Samuel Boadu has indicated that he is aware that he will someday part ways with the club.

The 36-year-old has dominated the headlines after Board Member Dr. Nyaho-Nyahp Tamakloe said he is not fit to lead the club for their 2022/23 CAF Confederations Cup.

After winning a domestic treble last season with the Phobian Club, Boadu struggled in the just-ended 2021/22 Ghana Premier League season.

Hearts of Oak concluded the season at the 6th position with 48 points.

The former Medeama SC gaffer however led the side to defend their FA Cup title against Bechem United at the Baba Yara Stadium last weekend.

"Even if I win a thousand trophies with Hearts of Oak, I can't stay here forever," he said after the game.

"It's either I leave or the club will part ways with me one day," he added.

Samuel Boadu has won five trophies in his year and a half stay at the club having signed a three-year deal before the start of the second half last season.
