Ghanaian winger Ernest Agyiri has emerged as a transfer target for French Ligue 2 outfit Saint Etienne, Footballghana.com can report.
The 25-year-old, who has been outstanding for FCI Levadia in the Estonian top-flight this season has become a subject of interest for several clubs due to his swashbuckling form.
The former Right to Dream Academy graduate has made 20 appearances, scoring 11 goals and providing 8 assists in the process.
Agyiri’s current contract with Levadia is expected to expire in December 2023 and will become a free agent.
In other not to lose their talisman on a transfer fee, Levadia could sanction his departure from the club this window provided there is a good offer for the player.
Saint Etienne are said to be preparing a bid to secure the signature of the 25-year-old and are hopeful of landing him from his employers ahead of the upcoming season.
