The Ghana Football Association has announced that all Ghana Premier League teams, Access Bank Division One League sides and Malta Guinness Women’s Premier League clubs that their footballs for the second round of the season are ready for collection.
The Premier League will resume on Monday, December 19 while the other elite Leagues, namely, Division One League and Women’s Premier League look set to return in January, 2023.
Representatives of these clubs have been urged to pick up their footballs from the head office of the Ghana Football Association from Tuesday, December 20, 2022.
The Premier League and the Access Bank Division One League reached the 8th Matchday as the Malta Guinness Women’s Premier League stretched to the 7th round before the break.
Premier League and Division One League clubs use Tempo footballs while clubs in the Women’s Premier League use Kipsta footballs from Decathlon for their games.
The three elite Leagues went on a one-month break due to the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 finals.
