Ghana international Alexander Djiku has urged his Strasbourg teammates to keep fighting as they battle against dropping into the relegation zone in the French Ligue 1.

Djiku started and lasted the entire duration as his side drew 2-2 away with Marseille in the French Ligue 1 on Sunday.

Jean Eudes Aholou's late brace ensured Strasbourg pick up a point at Orange Velodrome.

After the game, Djiku took to social media to urge his teammates to keep fighting as they seek to stay in the top flight at the end of the season.

“Warrior mentality, all the way” he tweeted.

Strasbourg are 15th on the league log with 23 points after 27 matches into the campaign.

The 28-year-old has made 24 appearances in the French top-flight this season, scoring one goal and providing two assists.
