A team of the first round has been selected by former Ghana goalkeeper Abukari Damba. The first round ended after the Accra Lions and Bibiani Gold Stars match. The game which was played at the Accra Sports Stadium ended 2-2.

Defenders: Liventus Attur, Nurudeen Abdulai, Yussif Mohammed, Yahaya Adraman
Midfielders: Seidu Yussif, Stephen Dankwa, Abass Salifu, Sam Adams
Attackers: Steven Mukawla and Mezark Afriyie
Coach: Paa Kwasi Fabin
Players on the substitutes bench are Stephen Anokye, Clinton Duodo, Amu Mensah, Godfred Poku, Joseph Addo, and Emmanuel Antwi.
