Ghana Premier League side, Great Olympics are aiming to win the 2022 edition of the GHALCA Top 6 tournament.
As a way of reinforcement, the Dade club will be participating in the tournament with new signing Emmanuel Agyemang Badu.
The capital-based club has secured the signing of the Black Stars midfielder this summer ahead of the start of the 2022/23 football season.
The player who has already started training with the team was with the side today at the Accra Sports Stadium when the team played the opening match of the GHALCA Top 6 tournament.
At the end of the 90 minutes of the game against Bechem United, Great Olympics battled to a goalless draw.
Unfortunately, the team lost 5-4 on penalties and must now win the second match of the tournament or suffer elimination.
Up next for Great Olympics, the team will take on Karela United on August 21.
