Ghanaian midfielder Hans Nunoo Sarpei has defended his decision to move to the German third-tier league after joining Ingolstadt 04.
The 23-year-old joined Ingolstadt in January 2022 from Greuther Furth until 2025.
Despite moving to the lower-tier league from the German top-flight, the enterprising defender believes it’s one of the best decision he has ever made in his career.
"It was one of the best decisions I've made in my career so far," he said.
The midfielder will hope to make impact when the German third-tier league resumes.
The league is expected to resume on Monday, January 16, 2023, with Ingolstadt taking on FC Erzgebirge Aue.
