Orlando Pirates head coach Jose Riveiro has reacted to goalkeeper Richard Ofori's blunder in Pirates defeat to Sekhukhune United on Tuesday night.
The experienced goalie started for his team when the side played as a guest to the matchday 9 opponent of the ongoing 2022/23 league season.
In a game that was tough for either side, a red card to a player of Orlando Pirates in the 58th minute handed Sekhukhune United the advantage.
The home team capitalised on the numerical advantage and scored through Elias Mokwana in the 84th minute.
Late in injury time, Richard Ofori was given a back pass and made a mess out of it instead of clearing his line.
The Black Stars shot-stopper attempted to dribble but his heavy touch presented a chance to lurking Vusumzi Mncube who said thank you to the goalkeeper and scored from distance.
"We were disorganized on the field, looking for the goal to at least get one point and with the players tired because we played a lot of minutes with one man down," Riveiro said after the game.
"It's normal to have one mistake, but in that mistake the opponents get the advantage and they score the second one and that's the end of the story,"
