Former Black Stars head coach, CK Akonnor has urged Ghanaians not to dwell on the negatives around the national team ahead of the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
Speaking to Joy Sports in an interview, the tactician said it is important that the national team goes to the tournament with a positive vibe.
According to him, it is the only way the Black Stars can enjoy any kind of success in Qatar.
“Even when we see negative stuff let’s not dwell on it that much. If we go to the World Cup with a. Positive atmosphere surrounding the team I believe we will do well,” Coach CK Akonnor shared.
Ghana at the 2022 FIFA World Cup has been pitted in a difficult group. In Group H which has been described by many as the group of death, the Black Stars will face their counterparts from Portugal, Uruguay, and South Korea.
