In the run-up to the highly anticipated 2023 GFA Elections, an atmosphere of scrutiny surrounds the aspirants for the Executive Committee positions.
Among them, the Greater Accra Regional Football Association (RFA) chairman, Samuel Aboabire, stands as a figure of interest and discussion.
As he emerged from the comprehensive vetting process, Aboabire shed light on his experience, revealing that his interactions during the vetting were centered around probing football-related matters.
"Thank God when I went everything was fine they ask you about football-related issues so the game we have experience and gained knowledge in it," he told Peace FM as monitored by Footballghana.com
"The questions I was asked I was able to answer to the best of my knowledge so everything is fine.
The Extraordinary Session of Congress (Elective Congress) will be held on Wednesday, September 27, 2023, at 9:00 o’clock at the Global Dream Hotel, Tamale.
The Congress will no longer be held at the Redaach Memorial Hotel.
