Workout for Tuesday, June 16, 2026,(Week 14 , Day 2, Spring 2026), End of season workouts


This is the end-of-season workouts for Spring 2026. This is to help athletes prepare for the end of the season, which happens from June 1 to June 21.

(Upcoming meets, Nike Outdoor, June 18-22, NB Outdoor, June 18-22).

On June 1, we will begin pre-season for the RBR Summer mileage program, and we encourage runners from 400 meters on up to try it.

We will also continue training for track and field through the NIKE Outdoor and New Balance Outdoors, which will be held June 18-21.

End of season workout for Tuesday, June 16, 2026, Week 14, Day 2

Your Tuesday workout:
warm-up, long run, 30 minutes of easy running, 1 x mile at 2-mile pace, jog 800 meters, 2×400 meters, Current Mile racing pace, with 400m jog walk in between. Cooldown.
