Ghanaian midfielder Mohammed Kadiri has joined Tajikistan club FC Istiklol.

The terms of the contract were not disclosed. Kadiri has already trained and played in a few games for his new club.

Dynamo Kiev signed Kadiri in 2019, inviting him from Austria Vienna. Mohammed made a total of 16 appearances for the Blues.

At one time, he went on loan to the Russian arsenal from Tula, Chernomorets, and the Hungarian club Honved.

Last summer, Kadiri allegedly received the status of a free agent at Dynamo and went to the camp of FC Istiklol, which is the current champion of Tajikistan.

Kadiri was first called up to the Ghana national football team in the summer of 2016 by Avram Grant. He is yet to make his national team debut.

Kadiri played in 20 games Ashanti Gold S.C. in 2016. He also played in the Ghana Super Cup, which Ashanti Gold lost 1–0 to Medeama S.C.
