Defender Jeremie Frimpong provided two assists in Bayer Leverkusen's 3-1 win against TSG Hoffenheim on Saturday afternoon at the PreZero-Arena.
The defender played 85 minutes in his team's 3-1 away victory over Hoffenheim, continuing their impressive run under new manager Xabi Alonso.
Hoffenheim played with commitment, but Leverkusen was the better team in the early stages.
He assisted French international Moussa Diaby's goal, which gave the away team a 2-0 lead at the 47th minute mark, two minutes into the second half of the game.
Adam Hlozek scored the visitors' goal as early as the 56th minute after Frimpong sent the ball to him.
Leverkusen won 3-1 despite a late consolation goal from the home side.
The 22-year-old defender has five goals and four assists in 20 games for Die Werkself this season in the German Bundesliga.
