The premier, outdoor high school track & field championship returns to Hayward Field at the University of Oregon in Eugene, OR, June 18-22, 2026.
Eugene, OR– The National Scholastic Athletics Foundation (NSAF) will host the Nike Outdoor Nationals (NON) on June 18-22, 2026, at Hayward Field on the University of Oregon campus. Over 6,400 track and field athletes from 50 states, four Canadian provinces, Namibia, Singapore, and South Korea will compete over four days. The 2026 Nike Outdoor Nationals will feature 25 U.S. #1s, including four National Record Holders.
- Andrew Jones. The Texas A&M University signee has become the best 110-meter and 300-meter hurdler of all time. He set the national high school record in the 300-meter hurdles with a 34.72 win at the UIL Area 15- 16 champs. He is the only high schooler to go under 35 seconds twice in his high school career. He ran US #1 and US #2 all-time of 13.14. to win the Brooks PR Invitational. Earlier this season, he became the first high schooler to break 13 seconds in any conditions when he ran 12.97.
- Mariah Maxwell. The University of Texas signee sped to US #1 200-meter 22.44 in finishing second at the Tom Jones Memorial Invitational. It was also the fourth-best time in US high school history. She ran US #8 All-Time 100-meter 11.11 at the Clyde Hart Classic and then ran a sensational 11.17 at Tom Jones. Indoors, she set a national record in the 300 meters, 36.24 and ran the US #4 All-Time Indoor 200 meter 22.84.
- Miles Nesmith. The US High School Indoor Record Holder Triple Jump (53’0″) collected his fifth Tennessee State Champion in May. His national leading leap of 53’1″ came in finishing second at the Penn Relays.[MK1] [u2]
- Tate Taylor. The Texas Tech signee broke the 200-meter high school national record with this third-place finish at the Tom Jones Memorial Invitational on April 18, running 20.05. Then at the Lone Star Invitational on June 6, he became the first high schooler to break the 20-second barrier with his 19.97. That was his fourth national high school record. In the 100 meters, he has had three wind-legal 100-meter marks of 10.05, 10.11, and 10.04, and a slightly wind-aided 9.95 (+2.2) on April 4.
- Jaslene Massey. At her state meet, the Oregon signee launched a state record, personal best and US # 2 All Time 196’ 4” to win the state championship. It was her third state championship. She fell 2 feet 5 inches shy of the 2012 Track and Field News Athlete of the Year and Texas A & M alum, Shelbi Vaughn, who set the record of 198’ 9” in 2012.
