Black Starslets head coach, Abdul Karim Zito, is urging journalists to stop insulting national team coaches because they also have children who listen to radio.
He adds that he is not saying coaches should be spoken about but it should be a critical analysis of the issues, not just vile criticism of the coaches.
The Dreams FC coach believes criticizing coaches will not change anything but critical analysis will.
"It’s not easy for those of us with the national teams. We also have families who listen to the radio; my children are listening and their father is being chastised by somebody who could be my son," he told Asempa FM.
"We are not saying don’t talk but it’s not you fingering somebody and trying to damage his reputation.
"Look at what they are saying to Annor Walker. Walker qualified us to the tournament by beating Nigeria, Benin but at the end of the day they are saying that he is the most use coach. Why? It’ll not help us. Your insults will never help us."
