Ajax midfielder Mohammed Kudus has disclosed that the Black Stars are ready to shock everyone at the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.
Black Stars make a return to the tournament after missing out on the 2018 edition in Russia and have been drawn in Group H alongside Portugal, South Korea and Uruguay
Ghana will take on Portugal in their first game on November 24 before playing South Korea and Uruguay on November 28 and December 2 respectively.
"It feels really good to be honest [going to my first world cup] but it will be better with better performances and leaving a mark over there [in Qatar]," Kudus told TV3.
"The goal is not just to play at the World Cup. The goal is to leave a mark as a nation and we really want to do well."
Kudus has made 18 appearances and scored five goals for the Black Stars.
Black Stars will play Switzerland in an International friendly on November 17, before travelling to Qatar for the World Cup.
